This Saturday, Aug. 13th is our annual summer party, Kingsgate Day. There are activities for all ages! The event kicks off at 4pm and goes until 10pm. Free to homeowners and guests are $10 per/person (*pay day-of with cash or Venmo). You'll need to check-in with your lot number to get your wristbands - look for the table on the black top adjacent to the picnic shelter. You'll also pay for guests at the check-in table. Here's a run down of the activities, everything happens at the pool and field area: Firetruck exploration: 4-5pm Face Painting & temp tattoos: 4-6pm *picnic shelter Cotton Candy & Popcorn: 4-6pm Inflatables: 4-6pm Field games: 5pm *prizesa. Water balloon tossb. 3-legged racec. Tug of war Swimming: 4-10pm Dinner: 6-7pm *Ezell's Chicken catering Bingo: 7pm-8pm Lifeguard games: 8pm Beer & wine station: 5:30pm-9:30pm *adults only We still need a few volunteers to help with the following things to make sure the event goes off well. Please respond if you can help with any of these things: 1. Field Games: Lead the games (5-6pm) 4. Help check Bingo cards 7-8pm 5. We take over the park and pool with activities, food & beverage, and plenty of shenanigans. In the past we've had bouncy houses, balloon animals, water balloon fights, egg tosses, sack races and more. We have a catered dinner, complimentary for members and a bar on the pool deck for adults. The pool is open and our lifeguards often entertain us with competitions and silly antics. It's an event that is fun for the whole family!! In order to put on this event we need volunteers!  Yay, sunshine! We are counting down the days until our pool opens. The Kingsgate Royals will get to test the waters this afternoon for swim team! Make sure you complete and turn in your household's medical waiver before jumping in. Print and bring to the pool house any afternoon this week, or on your first visit.  Hello Neighbors! We hope everyone is looking forward to our season in the sun. Let's get it started by joining our neighbors and getting the pool and park ready. Join us on May 14th, from 9am to 3pm to set up the pool deck, spruce up the community areas, and socialize. Pizza will be provided! Come all day or just when you can.
