Homeowners membership dues are due on May 15th annually. The initial invoice is emailed to the physical or email address on record in February.

• Make checks payable to Kingsgate 1 & 2 HOA
• Mail to Kingsgate 1 & 2 HOA, 11711 NE 137th St, Kirkland, WA 98034. This is a secure mailbox.
• Online payment option available with emailed invoice.
