Homeowners within Kingsgate 1 and 2 boundaries may submit requests to reserve the pool and/or surrounding facilities.

Pool Reservations
Click the button below to access the form for pool party requests. Reservation requests are accepted beginning May 1st at 7am. Reservations are allowed only during the normal pool operating season, Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes extended with good weather). Please allow up to 10 business days to process your request.

Tennis/ Pickleball/ Picnic Area/ Ball Field Reservations:
After creating an account, please allow up to 10 business days for your account to be approved and then you will be able to make your own reservations for the season (the calendar is always visible even if you are not yet approved to make reservations). Please note: Dues must be paid for the current calendar year and only ONE account per lot will be approved for making reservations. Park Cleanup ChecklistClick the button below to access the form for picnic area cleanup. Submit completed checklist to the pool office. Filling out this form with a lifeguard's signature will ensure no penalty fee will be charged to cleanup after your reservation.
