Required Swim Test:
In order to swim in the deep end of the pool or above where they can stand, swimmers aged 12 or younger must swim one length of the pool being watched by a guard not on the chair. This can be done with freestyle or breaststroke, but it must be on their stomach. Each swimmer should also be able to tread water a minimum of one full minute. The guard giving the test must have confidence that the swimmer is strong enough to swim in the deep end AND tread. When swimming one length, the swimmer must NOT stop or hold the wall, float on their back, or not rely on doggy paddling. When treading water their chin and ears must stay out of the water. |
Emergency Contact Information:
ALL swimmers must provide their Lot Number AND have an Emergency Contact sheet on file at the Pool Office. For the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, lifeguards have the authority to deny admission to anybody who appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, to unaccompanied youth under 8 years, to anyone whose annual dues have not been paid, and to anyone without an Emergency Contact form on file. Unsupervised Children:
An adult, legal guardian, or person of 12 or more years of age must accompany all children age 8 and younger. Lifeguards reserve the right to deny admittance of unaccompanied kids of any age (i.e. notorious troublemakers) w/management approval

Members and guests are not permitted to buzz themselves into the pool area. Entry must be granted by an on-duty lifeguard. Please ring the bell and wait respectfully for assistance.
🔐 Lot Numbers and Guest Security
To preserve the integrity of our member-only facility, please do not share your lot number for unauthorized access. The pool is exclusively for homeowners, registered members, and their approved guests. Repeated violations may result in loss of pool privileges.
👥 Guest Eligibility and Accompaniment
All guests must be accompanied by a member unless prior authorization has been granted—for example, in cases of house-sitting or temporary lot rentals. Please contact the pool office to make arrangements
💵 Guest Fees and Capacity Limitations
The daily entrance fee for guests is $5.00 per person. If you intend to host more than five guests at once, please the pool office in advance to confirm availability. Brief visits for retrieving belongings or assisting with departure do not incur this fee.

Relatives are eligible for member access only under the following conditions:
